The sequel to Aquaman (2018), starring Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry / Aquaman. Amber Heard, Patrick Wilson, Willem Dafoe, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II will also return.
Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two (June 28, 2023)
The seventh installment in the Mission: Impossible film series, starring Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt. Rebecca Ferguson, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, and Vanessa Kirby will also return. upcoming Hollywood movies in 2023.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (May 5, 2023)
The third installment in the Guardians of the Galaxy film series, directed by James Gunn. Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, and Karen Gillan will all return.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (June 2, 2023)
The sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018), produced by Sony Pictures Animation. Shameik Moore will return as Miles Morales / Spider-Man, with Hailee Steinfeld, Jake Johnson, and Oscar Isaac also starring.
John Wick: Chapter 4 (March 24, 2023)
The fourth installment in the John Wick film series, starring Keanu Reeves as John Wick. Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane, and Lance Reddick will also return.
The Flash (June 23, 2023)
A live-action film based on the DC Comics character of the same name, starring Ezra Miller as Barry Allen / The Flash. Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton will also star as different versions of Batman.
Oppenheimer (July 21, 2023)
A historical drama film about J. Robert Oppenheimer, the scientist who led the Manhattan Project to develop the atomic bomb. Cillian Murphy will star as Oppenheimer, with Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., Florence Pugh, and Rami Malek also starring.
The Little Mermaid (May 26, 2023)
A live-action adaptation of the Disney animated film of the same name, starring Halle Bailey as Ariel. Awkwafina, Jacob Tremblay, Javier Bardem, and Melissa McCarthy will also star.y
These are just a few of the many upcoming Hollywood movies in 2023.There are sure to be many more great films released this year, so I’m excited to see what’s in store!

A live-action film based on the popular Mattel doll franchise, starring Margot Robbie as Barbie and Ryan Gosling as Ken.
The Super Mario Bros. Movie (April 7, 2023)
A CGI-animated film based on the popular Nintendo video game franchise, produced by Illumination Entertainment. Chris Pratt will star as Mario, with Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, and Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong.
Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special (December 2, 2023)
A special television event set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, directed by James Gunn. The Guardians of the Galaxy will return, along with some new characters.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (February 17, 2023)
The third installment in the Ant-Man film series, starring Paul Rudd as Scott Lang / Ant-Man and Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne / Wasp. Michael J. Fox will also star as Dr. Hank Pym.
John Wick: Chapter 5 (March 23, 2024)
The fifth and final installment in the John Wick film series, starring Keanu Reeves as John Wick.

A reboot of the Fantastic Four film franchise, directed by Jon Watts.
Captain America: New World Order (July 26, 2024)
The fourth installment in the Captain America film series, starring Chris Evans as Steve Rogers / Captain America. Anthony Mackie will also star as Sam Wilson / Captain America.
Thunderbolts (December 20, 2024)
A film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name, starring Tom Cruise as Tony Stark / Iron Man. Other cast members include Emily Blunt, Wyatt Russell, Olivia Munn, and Peter Dinklage.
Blade (February 14, 2025)
A reboot of the Blade film franchise, starring Mahershala Ali as Blade.
I’m sure there are many more great upcoming Hollywood movies that I’m not aware of, but these are just a few that I’m really excited about!
